You can reach our Customer Service Department by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 888-709-0726. You can also email us at [email protected] or reach us via the 'Contact Us' form on our website; we'll get back to you within 24 hours (and usually much sooner!)

  

To cancel by phone, you can call us, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 888-709-0726. To cancel online, simply log in to your account at WhatonEarthVIPInsider.com, click on the Account link in the upper right corner of your screen, then click the Cancel Membership link, and follow the instructions provided. You can also email us your cancellation request at [email protected] or submit it through the 'Contact Us' form. However you do it, our Customer Service Department will process your cancellation right away.

   

You can send all of your rebate documentation via email to [email protected] Please include the claim number in the 'Subject' line, and please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date. You'll be assigned a claim number when you fill out the rebate form; it's easy to copy it there and then paste it in the 'Subject' line as you prepare to send us your documentation email. Rebate claims can also be submitted by mail. Simply send your supporting documentation with your written claim number to:

Family of Brands

As a member of What on Earth VIP Insider, you can receive 10% cash back on your entire purchase and free shipping rebates every time you shop with one of the following Family of Brands retailers — online, over the phone, or by mail:

Earning cash back is easy!

Complete your Family of Brands purchase online, by phone or though the mail as you normally would. Your cash back will automatically be applied to your Savings Center and a cash back check will be mailed to you within 3-6 weeks — no need to submit a claim.

After you shop, we'll automatically take 10% of your purchase subtotal and add it to your Savings. Your purchase subtotal is the amount of your final, qualifying purchase after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include gift card purchases, taxes, shipping charges, or any other fees added at checkout.

Marketplace

The Marketplace is our directory of over 1,000 popular retailers. As a member of What on Earth VIP Insider, you can receive 5% cash back on your total purchase and up to $10 in shipping rebates every time you shop through our Marketplace. You're eligible to earn up to $1,000 in cash-back rebate savings and up to $500 in shipping rebates every membership year.

 

Earning cash back on Marketplace purchases is easy! 

Online:

  • Log in to WhatonEarthVIPInsider.com, visit the 'Shop' tab, click the "All Brands" link, and click on any Marketplace retailer of interest to you.
  • Click the "Visit Store" button and shop at your chosen retailer's website as you normally would using the browser window that opened when you clicked the button.
  • As soon as your order is confirmed, your 5% cash back will automatically be applied to your What on Earth VIP Insider Savings page!
  • We'll mail you a check for your 5% cash back online purchase within 3-6 weeks.

 

If you shop online at a Marketplace retailer without using a WhatonEarthVIPInsider.com link, you can still claim 5% cash back on your purchase:

  • When you receive your purchase confirmation from the retailer, visit our online Rebates page, select 'Cash Back' as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next and fill in the requested information for Step 2.
  • Submit your claim, and send us the requested documentation. Please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Within 3-6 weeks of our receipt of your cash-back rebate claim and supporting documentation, we'll verify your rebate and send you a check for 5% of your total purchase.
Offline:
If you shop in-store, over the phone, or through the mail at a Marketplace retailer, you can also claim 5% cash back on your purchase:
  • Once you receive your purchase confirmation from the retailer, visit our online Rebates page, select 'Cash Back' as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next and fill in the requested information for Step 2.
  • Submit your claim, and send us the requested documentation. Please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Within 3-6 weeks of our receipt of your cash-back rebate claim and supporting documentation, we'll verify your rebate and send you a check for 5% of your total purchase.

It really is that easy. As long as you're an active member of What on Earth VIP Insider, you'll keep earning cash back — up to a maximum of $1,000 in cash-back rebates every membership year.

As a member, you can earn 5% cash back on flight, hotel, and rental car reservations made through your What on Earth VIP Insider account.

Start by visiting the Travel & Vacations category in the Marketplace to view a list of eligible travel merchants. Select a merchant from the list and click through the links to visit the merchant’s website. Simply complete your reservation in the new browser tab that opens to earn 5% cash back.

For travel reservations made offline or outside the program’s website, simply submit a rebate claim with your proof of purchase documentation to earn 5% cash back.

Cash back earned on travel reservations is paid out after your trip is complete and payment has been processed by the merchant you booked with. Your earnings will be applied to your Savings Center and included in your next savings check.

You can earn 5% cash back at any eligible grocery brand in the Marketplace. Visit the “Groceries & Household Supplies” category in your Marketplace and look for brands that are labeled with a “Rebate Required” tag.

You can earn 5% cash back on groceries by shopping in-store or online through the Marketplace links. After your online or in-store purchase is made, submit a rebate with your dated proof-of-purchase documentation to receive 5% cash back.

Your cash back amount is based on the subtotal of your final, qualifying purchase amount after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include taxes, shipping charges, or other additional fees.

Shipping Rebates

Shipping rebates are a great deal. As an active member of What on Earth VIP Insider, you can get full reimbursement for any shipping fees you might be charged on purchases you make at the following Family of Brands retailers:

  • Acorn
  • Bas Bleu
  • Daedalus
  • Signals
  • Support Plus
  • What on Earth

For purchases you make at any of the Marketplace retailers, you're eligible for cash-back rebates of up to $10 for shipping charges on each qualifying purchase. You can earn up to $500 in shipping rebates every membership year.

As long as you provide the documentation needed to verify that your shipping charge comes from a purchase made at a participating retailer, you're eligible for a cash-back rebate on the shipping charge. That includes purchases made online, over the phone, and through a catalog.

In-store purchases only qualify for a shipping rebate if a participating retailer needs to order the item and then charges you for shipping it directly to your residence. Cancelled purchases, duplicate claims, and purchases made before you became an active What on Earth VIP Insider member (or made after you cancel your membership) aren't eligible for shipping rebates.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping rebates on grocery purchases picked up in-store. Shipping rebates are only available when you’re charged a fee for the cost of packaging and shipping your purchase.

To claim a shipping rebate, simply click on 'Rebates' from the navigation menu, select 'Shipping' as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next and follow the instructions provided. Please note that you must submit your rebate claim within 30 days of the original order date. We'll verify your claim and process your rebate within 3-6 weeks of receipt of your required documentation, and we'll mail you a check as soon as your rebate is confirmed.

To claim a shipping rebate, simply send us your order confirmation, original sales receipt, or packing slip with the price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date.

Return Shipping Rebates

If for any reason you decide to return an item to any Family of Brands or Marketplace retailer, you're eligible for up to $10 cash back on your return shipping charge.

Just click on 'Rebates' from the navigation menu, select 'Return Shipping' as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next and follow the instructions provided. Please note that you need to be an active member at the time we process your claim, and that proof-of-purchase documentation and shipping information is required to process every claim.

You'll need to submit your claim and all required documentation within 60 days of your original purchase to qualify for a return shipping rebate.
